I took over the family business a year ago. I have been involved with the business since 1995. I received my business degree and came back 3 years ago. Since I have been back I realized that sourcing out our business might be the best option. We repair industrial pumps, gear boxes, mixers, hydraulic (vane and piston) pumps, and cylinders. My stepfather ran the business and did not have the knowledge to become a distributor. There are lead time issues I can help with. I can stock inventory for US
