I want to make heat treatment for a quantity of stainless steel 420 blades

i'm searching for: cutting blades manufacturers, the blades should be installed on shears in steel rolling a mill. the blades are made of special steel alloys, heat treated and machined. please, i need your immediate action to locate several manufacturer so i could proceed with them by sending relevant drawings and technical details.
