I am looking for a reliable and stable supplier of steel wire rod to Russia

We are interested in the purchase of the following products: 1- Coil D=9,73 calibrated, phospated, heat treated, Steel C22 (coil weight more than 2000kg) 20.000 kg 2- Coil D=11,68 calibrated, phospated, heat treated, Steel C22 (coil weight more than 2000kg) 20.000 kg

We consume about 6000 mt/year of aluminum rod wire 9 – 9,5 mm and about 6000 mt/year of primary aluminum in ingots. Could you kindly inform me concerning the possibility of purchasing of these materials.
