My customer wants electric rotary oven with 12 trays. Could you help me with this request?

Bread machine specification requirements Capacity: TBD by machine maker. The machines in the link below state that they make 300-500 pcs/hr. Dough: For 1 kg of flour, 1.5 ltr of water will be used. The dough is liquid in nature, not thick like pancake dough but rather light.
