bleaching powder for hairdresser

I need 10 Ton of Bleaching Powder for treatment plant in City drinking Water Supply Project.

We are looking for a product set completed as follow: 1. Different Hair Colors, 2. Oxidant, 3. Bleaching powder, 4. Hair straighteners, 5. Materials for curl hair doing, 6. Hair mask during the bath, 7. Hair mask after the bath. 8. We need daily color (Fantasy Color). It means after one day if the Hair will be washed, the color will go out from the Hair.
