I would like to set up my chocolate sector. I need the whole chocolate production chain: from the processing of cocoa beans to liquid chocolate... i.e. from roasting to conching, tempering and molding The desired production capacity is 15 tonnes per day, or 15,000 liters of liquid chocolate per day.
