Hello this is *** from *** (Greece). We are a counter top drinking water filters manufacturer for domestic use in Greece. We are actually looking to outsource our cartridges production (cartridges with granular activated carbon). This includes the production of the plastic molds plus the production of the final cartidges (plastic parts, filled with carbon, weld together)

We are interested in one pleating machine for the fabrication of airfilters (g4 class). the input of the machine will be non-woven synthetic fabric of 20 mm thickness and a wire mesh of 0,5 mm thickness. the width of the filter should be adjustable, with max. 800 mm. the pleat height should be also adjustable from 48 to 98 mm. the production output is estimated at 100 m of pleated filter per hour.
