Subj: Invite to submit an “Expression of Interest”(EOI) for establishing New Caustic – Chlorine including other basic Chemicals and /or Pulp & Paper Mills under Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation(BCIC) by PPP/Joint-Venture/GOB Finance on Turn-Key basis as BOO or BOOT basis.

With two partners we are studying the possibility of launching a plant of Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Hydrogen and Hydrochloric Acid. I would be grateful if you could send me the installation details of a complete plant with a capacity between 15000 Tn / Y - 30 000Tn / Y and advise us on the land area needed & environemental impact for such project.
