The standart line can be completed by additional units like : Valve Throwing, Actuator Stamping, Cap Stamping and Inkjet Coding. Empty cans carries on the convoyeur and firstly they pass from liquid filling unit and then goes to valve filling and crimping process by rotary table. And then entered to gas room cans pass from actuator units on the way out and become ready to capping. Before the packing, inkjet unit stamps date/ product code etc. above caps at the end of the line.

Designed for high capasity to product. Conbined with double can feeding convoyeurs, double liquid filling, double valve throwing and double crimping units. The gas filling unit make product between 120-130 pcs per minute with 8 rotary gas heads. The convoyeur pass by Actuator Stamping, Cap stamping and Inkjet Coding Units. All of the unit’s height are adjustable.

Standart short line had been occuring only liquid filling, crimping and gas filling heads. Convoyeur subsist on this line. Valve throwing, actuator stamping and capping is made manually. Inkjet is opsional and if required this unit can supplement the standart line.

Some operations have been made manual with standart line. For Example : Valve Throwing, Actuator Stamping, Capping and Inkjet is made manually. Firstly, empty cans have been carried to liquid filling by the convoyeur. Valves is put by hands and then cans pass from valve crimping and then goes to gas filling. After the gas filling, cans are crimping manually thereafter cans are closed by hands and after the opsional inkjet unit, products is ready to packing.
