The founder of Yazikent Gida Omer ILKUTLU started its business in this sector with 5 partners under Akcay Gida on incentive of Special Administration of Bozdogan Municipality on Bozdogan Road in 1996. Between 1996 and 1998 he was at the board membership and then in 2005 he founded Madran Gida.

The company continued its business as Yazikent Gida in 2009. Yazikent Gida Kurutma Facility on 6.500 open area of 7.500m2, which processes fresh vegetables into dried ones, dries and powders fresh vegetables taken from near cities and counties without human touch.

The production process is under food engineer control and does not include aflatoxine material. Our daily total production capacity is 15 tons.
