YAKSAM HANE is the largest manufacturer of Ecological Briquettes made of hazelnut shell and shredded wood from hornbeam tree. The Company, based in Samsun/Turkey, is a subsidiary of Hane Group, which operates in construction, energy, real investment and advertisement sectors. With the increased global awareness of organic and eco-friendly fuels, the Group recognized the importance of “biomass” sector, which was previously underinvested and had not received enough attention by consumers in Turkey and abroad. As a result, YAKSAM HANE began R&D in Ecological Briquettes in 2011; in particular those made of hazelnut shell and sawdust, and established industry’s largest investment in Turkey with briquette production factory with 5000 m2 closed and 10000 m2 open area for additional capacity investment. The high-tech machinery in our factory enables us to produce the highest quality eco-friendly briquettes in the world. Operational since 2012, YAKSAM HANE now distributes high quality briquettes to its domestic and in- ternational customers from Samsun and its warehouses in Ankara and Istanbul.
