Our company produces flexible packaging material (roto gravure) for various industries especially for food and pharmaceuticals in Istanbul, since 2000. Since 2014, with the new investments, no slip papers with or without printing in 7 colors, in any weight and type of paper can be produced for plane, train, ship or any industrial firms. The paints that are used in the packages for food and pharmaceuticals such as polyamide and nitrocellulose based inks, pigments and resins comply with the FDA regulations. Laks are produced from vinyl chloride, maleic acid and derivatives of their copolymers or thermopolymers and they are also in compliance with FDA regulations about the polymers that will have a contact with the food surface. It is especially important to pay special attention to the packaging in the food industry since if the packaging material cannot prevent contamination, all the endeavor for clean food will be gone to waste.
