JMD-EVNAT is a jet-ejector device that is installed on the bottom of the tank and connected to the product inlet. Each device is individually designed and customized using advanced 3D modelling and liquid flow simulation software. The device maintains the substances stored in the tanks in a homogeneous state. 20 000 m3 tank, working medium – vegetable oils/edible oils, installation date - June 2016 Customer: Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies Purpose of application: washing out of sediment and facilitating the process of the tank cleaning. Before installation: 200 tons of oil were annually disposed of in the form of fuse deposits and customer incurred disposal costs. Result: after one year of operation - complete absence of sediment in the tank. The same quality indicators of the product at any point along the height and perimeter of the tank have allowed the Company to comply with the contractual parameters during shipment.
