Akyapi Uretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AS was founded in 1983 under name of Ak Mobilya Uretim A.S. in Ankara, Siteler, Kartalcik Street by Abbas Yalcin Kahraman. Initially, he worked in the fields of production and decoration and undertook dozens of projects on construction, contracting and decoration local and abroad. In 1991, the company's name was changed to Ak Yapi Uretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and since then the company has mainly focused on furniture raw material trade. Today the company engages in trade with foreign manufacturers in the Wood Based Board Market with all producers with domestic sales in Turkey market and abroad.
