I'd like to inquire about the possibility of producing a candle that, in addition to the wax, would have a 5% citronella fragrance (citronella oil), would have two wicks, and would be housed in a glass jar. We want this product to be as affordable as possible, so it doesn't really matter to us whether it's soy wax, paraffin wax, or PE. Quantity: 15,000 pieces.
