It should be ultrasonically tested, automatically electroslag welded, and fabricated from special steel: max 0.08% C, 0.5% Mn, max 0.02% P, max 0.02% S, traces of Si. And made of U-forms center sections with pre-welded pressed ends to the internal dimensions mentioned above.
