I want to make a factory to produce airspring in my country, I need used machinery ( not old) and your experience about it, could you please give us advice?

We want to buy a complete production line for producing 200,000 sets car horn per year .We have plastic injection machines and we will outsource the pressing and cutting of metal sheet. But we will need plastic molds, pressing molds, bobbin production machine (solenoid), assembly machines, etc. We are going to produce about 5 pairs of horns for cars that are produced inside Iran. We intend to sell horns directly to local car manufacturers, so quality is very important.
