We are seeking a qualified Turkish office-furniture manufacturer or exporter for a complete furniture project requiring delivery and installation in Italy. The requirement includes approximately 870 pieces across 25 categories, including executive desks, height-adjustable desks, office chairs, bariatric chairs, wardrobes, storage cabinets, conference furniture, reception furniture, couches, armchairs, desk converters, folding desks, stackable chairs, coffee tables and tactical gear stands. The selected company must be capable of supplying the complete requirement and coordinating transportation, customs clearance, delivery, unloading, assembly and installation in Italy, either directly or through an Italian partner. The scope also includes removal and lawful disposal of existing furniture and packaging materials. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90–120 calendar days after receipt of order. Interested companies should provide product literature, technical drawings, warranty information, a delivery and installation plan, and evidence of at least two comparable projects completed or ongoing within the past five years. Companies capable of acting as the single responsible supplier for the complete scope are preferred.
