The product of fermentation is organic acids which inhibit additional microbial activity and preserve the forage. The sheets should provide an airtight environment for the silage so that the fermentation of the grass occurs without oxygen. The operating values of the machine can be easily adjustable from the PLC The operating interface of the machine is designed to be user friendly with touch screen in Turkish, English, Italian, German languages options. Moreover, new languages can be added remotely. Two options of bunker (material loading unit) are available for loading with trailers or front loaders. The automatic lubrication system is equipped with 4 routers. The lubrication grease is diffuse by the central oil pump to a total of 58 points.The automatic lubrication system reduces maintenance, minimize workforce, and maximize productivity. Furthermore, the machine is a long lasting machine thanks to the automatic lubrication system. There are total of 5 emergency stop buttons and safety arms on wrapping arms.Thus, the safe working environment is provided. The bale is wrapped by two wrapping arms with stretch film. The number of turns of the stretch film is adjusted easily from the touchscreen. Stretch films are cut via the knives located under the wrapping arms.
