CISA Faucet Company is designing and producing the molds of faucets in its own factory. All of our products are % 100 brass. Ingot brass (Cu58Zn40Pb2/Copper-Zinc alloy) raw material made ready to casting after heated and melted in 1000°C and above temperature in electrical casting furnage. Beside mixer bodies, complementary accessories and components are produced from brass rods raw materials by CISA Faucet CO in its own factory.
INSA is our enviroment friendly and unleaded mark that we use to manufacture our pvc products. Series, we use, are; 60 mm tickness Carina, 70 mm Dorado, 76 mm Dorado Gold, fix and sliding Vela. Also we use steel support sheet with white ones 1,5 mm tickness, colour ones 2 mm tickness which differentiate us from another marks. By courtesy of our steel support sheet, we manufacture safety and solid doors and windows. Cremone bolts and lock systems we use are German AUBI, handle systems are Swiss
Has 1,5 Hp power and turns 40 turnover in a minutes. Use single phase current because of that it works every location.
