Tie-rod is also a product that act as a formwork clamp. As different from constructive spring clamp,tie-rod provides connection between formworks where ribbed irons aren't used. It can easily be connected and distmantled.
This material is used to support the bottom of formworks. They are manufactured in standard working heights of 3,0 - 3,5 - 4,0 - 4,5 - 5,0 - 5,5 or 6,0 m. They can be carried and assembled easily. They are adjustable to different heights. Adjustable shoring probs are kept in upright position with the help of a tripod.
Formwork clamp tensioner:it is the product that tense spring clamp that prevent formwork being opened by being connected to both ends of ribbed iron.This machine is produced as 'levered' and 'screwed'.
Formwork clamps,which we call'çiroz kilidi' or 'kalıp kilidi' in turkish,is used to keep the formwoks of columns at same distance during the process of pouring concrete. It is prevented formworks from opening by connecting it to ribbed irons passed through formworks. Because toothed part holding iron was got rigid,it is prevented from being abraded within short time. Constructive spring clamps are produced as 'galvanized' and 'coloured' at your disposal.
