****** pattern is manufactured by plain weave technology using 7mm wide flat stainless steel strips with a thickness of approximately 1mm. Each piece of metal strip underogoes a precise per-crimping process with specially designed hardened alloy tooling before weaving. Both the warp and weft wires are expertly crimped, ensuring a consistent, high-quality weave. Once prepared, the wire strips are set onto a loom to create the final woven mesh. This mesh pattern offers a very limited opening rate which is only about 6%. With a tight woven styly and big wire density, this architectural wire fabric offfers great privacy and security. After being copper-plated or brass-plated and even antique style proceeded, this mesh becomes even more beautiful than its original look.
