Both the warp and weft wires are expertly crimped, ensuring a consistent, high-quality weave. Once prepared, the wire strips are set onto a loom to create the final woven mesh. This mesh pattern offers a very limited opening rate which is only about 6%. With a tight woven styly and big wire density, this architectural wire fabric offfers great privacy and security. After being copper-plated or brass-plated and even antique style proceeded, this mesh becomes even more beautiful than its original look.
