We are the only Italian producer of de-alcoholised wines; quality wines undergo the delicate process of osmosis dealcoholisation, which brings to the complete extraction of the whole alcohol content. By pasteurization the stabilization of the end-product in bottle is reached without any addition of chemicals or preservatives harmful to health.
