I am a supply chain company that sources in North America and overseas, and am looking for 1 color custom-printed rolled underlayment to apply under vinyl flooring. Specs include: 1/8" foam/cork with a 6mil multi-layer Polyolefin with LDPE and EVA on the lamination wound inside on a 3" core with an adhesive strip to afix. Roll sizes range from 45" x 4500' to 78" x 4500'. I need specs for waterproofing, sound-dampening, anti-microbial, and tear resistance.
