The complete canned beans processing and packing production line is as follows: - Line speed: 250 cans per minute - Can size: 400 grams - Can dimensions: 73 mm diameter x 103 mm height - Soaking time: 10 to 12 hours - Can type: Tin plate Here are some technical data notes: 1. Considering 220 grams of soaked product in each container at a speed of 250 cans per minute, we need 3,300 kg/hour of soaked product. 2. The blanching time is 5-26 minutes. 3. The total cycle of sterilization is 90 minutes, as shown in the photo below. The reasons for requesting a pre-cooking (blanching) time of 5-26 minutes and a total sterilization cycle time of 90 minutes are because the raw beans and fava beans are purchased and imported from China.
