Yumnu Balcik, one of the founders of YU-CE Medical, stepped into the health sector in 1981. He gained experience at the import and marketing company in the branches of Surgery, Obstetrics and IVF. He came together with his brother Cengiz Balcik in 1994 and established YU-CE Tibbi Gerecler Ithalat Ihracat Mumessillik Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi. YU-CE Medical also commissioned cotton cleaning and absorbent cotton units at the end of 2008. It is fully integrated by activating absorbent cotton production lines, as well as producing cotton yarns to meet its own use. YU-CE Medical, which has made a brand agreement with some companies that have made a name in the world, has a total of 30.000 m2 area, including 20.000 m2 closed and 10.000 m2 open area in Sanliurfa production facility has added products such as gauze bandage, sponges, pads, gauze patch, bale cottons and ear sticks to its product range with 180 employees.
